Sistem penilaian kenaikan jabatan karyawan pada PT. Invilon Sagita Medan masih menggunakan sistem konvensional. Sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusannya membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan memungkinkan terjadinya penilaian secara objektif. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dapat digunakan sistem pendukung keputusan (Decicion Support System). Penilaian yang diperoleh dengan metode SMART adalah karyawan A dengan nilai 0,7, karyawan B dengan nilai 0,33, dan karyawan C dengan nilai 0,45 dengan kata lain karyawan A yang mendapat kenaikkan jabatan dengan memperoleh nilai tertinggi.
