Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Restaurant Nelayan merupakan restauran yang berada di kota medan. Restoran nelayan ialah restoran chinesse food yang paling terkenal di kota Medan. Hal tersebut tercapai karena kerja keras owner dan pihak manajemen yang terus melakukan inovasi dan pengendalian terhadap bisnis yang telah berlangsung selama bertahun-tahun dan sudah memiliki pelanggan yang cukup banyak. hampir seluruh outlet mereka tetap ramai dikunjungi oleh pelanggan. Sertifikasi halal dari lembaga-lembaga terkait menjadikan restoran nelayan dapat menjangkau semua pelanggan walaupun mengusung menu chinesse food. Sekarang outlet-oultet restoran Nelayan tersebar di kota Medan dan memiliki ratusan karyawan, semakin banyaknya outlet-outlet yang tersebar maka bahan baku akan makin banyak untuk di simpan menjadi stok. Maka di butuhkan sistem data mining metode Assosiation Rule menggunakan algoritma Apriori dalam mengolah data bahan baku menjadi data yang menjadi referensi bagi restoran dalam menentukan stok bahan baku.
