DAMPAK SANITARY AND PHYTOSANITARY (SPS) DAN TECHNICAL BARRIER TO TRADE (TBT) TERHADAP EKSPOR KOMODITAS TEH DI INDONESIA

Abstract
Komoditas teh Indonesia ditenggarai terdampak pada hambatan non tarif di beberapa tujuan eksport. Hal ini sangat merugikan Indonesia karena Teh merupakan komoditas potensial dan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) dan Technical Barrier to Trade (TBT) terhadap ekspor teh di beberapa negara tujuan utama periode 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan inventory (frequency index dan coverage ratio) dan gravity model. Hasil pendekatan inventory menunjukkan Amerika Serikat sebagai negara yang memberlakukan hambatan non tariff terbanyak. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan coverage ratio SPS dan coverage ratio TBT berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai ekspor teh Indonesia selain variabel GDP riil negara tujuan utama, nilai tukar riil negara tujuan utama, jarak ekonomi,.Variabel SPS menunjukkan nilai koefisien negatif, sementara variabel TBT menunjukkan nilai koefisien positif.
