Abstract
Penelitian, “Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Adolina Sumatera Utara” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan mesin terhadap produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) di PKS Adolina PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Sumatera Utara dan Untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan mempengaruhi Produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) di PKS Adolina PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV Perbaungan. Data yang diperoleh data sekunder yang terdiri dari 60 bulan (2012 – 2016) dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, nilai variabel X1 (bahan baku TBS) sebesar 0,848 dan X3 (mesin) sebesar 0,178 berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap variabel Y (produksi CPO), sedangkan nilai variabel X2 (tenaga kerja) sebesar -0,134 bernilai negatif yang artinya tidak berpengaruh nyata dan negatif terhadap variabel Y (produksi CPO) pada PKS Adolina PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Sumatera Utara periode 2012 -2016. Dilihat dari penggunaan faktor produksi, ternyata faktor produksi yang paling dominan adalah bahan baku (TBS), artinya penggunaan bahan baku lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Adolina Perbaungan periode 2012 -1016.
