Author Responsibilities
Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are entirely original. Any use of others’ works must be properly cited or quoted. Duplicate submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal is strictly prohibited. Proper acknowledgment of influential work must always be provided. -
Plagiarism Screening Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening by the JUTIKOMP editorial board using Plagiarism Detector. A similarity index of up to 30% is allowed. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned to the authors for correction and resubmission. -
Levels of Plagiarism and Penalties

Minor: Small section copied without affecting original data or ideas.
Action: Warning and request to revise with proper citation. -
Intermediate: Significant portion copied without proper citation.
Action: Manuscript rejected; authors prohibited from submitting to JUTIKOMP for 1 year. -
Severe: Significant portion copied including original results or ideas.
Action: Manuscript rejected; authors prohibited from submitting to JUTIKOMP for 5 years.

Author Accountability
All authors are responsible for the content of their submission and for compliance with JUTIKOMP Publication Ethics. Any penalties for plagiarism apply equally to all listed authors.
