Author Guidelines

JUTIKOMP accepts scientific articles for review that fall within the journal’s focus and scope.
Article Language
At the submission stage, the article must be submitted in Indonesian.
After the article is accepted, the authors are required to translate the entire article into English for publication.
Originality
All submitted articles must be original and must not have been published previously in any journal or other media.
During the review process, authors are prohibited from submitting the same manuscript to another journal (double submission).
If the article has been previously presented at a conference, authors must ensure that:
- the article has undergone substantial improvement, and
- appropriate references to the conference publication are included.
Template and Submission Format
Articles may be submitted in Word format (.doc / .docx).
The editorial team will acknowledge receipt of the manuscript.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the journal’s template provided in .doc format.
Full Author Names
To ensure clarity and accuracy in academic publishing, all authors are required to provide their full names, not initials, to avoid ambiguity among authors with similar initials.
Inclusive Language
Authors are encouraged to use inclusive, neutral, and bias-free language. Using terminology that respects diversity helps ensure the article is accessible and respectful to all readers.
Article Conclusions
Authors must write conclusions clearly, concisely, and in accordance with the study’s findings.
A good conclusion should:
- summarize the main findings,
- highlight the contribution of the research,
- describe implications or benefits of the results,
- mention limitations (if applicable), and
- suggest directions for future research.
The conclusion section must not include gender-based comparisons or distinctions.
Acknowledgment (optional)
Authors may acknowledge individuals or institutions that contributed to the research or assisted in the preparation of the article.
Declaration of Conflicting Interests (optional)
Authors may declare whether or not any conflicts of interest exist.
Funding (optional)
Authors may include information about funding sources that supported the research, including project codes or relevant funding schemes.
References
At the end of the manuscript (before appendices), authors must include the list of references cited throughout the article.
The reference list must be prepared using Mendeley and formatted using the APA Style.
