Peer Review Process
The Journal of Technology and Computer Science Prima (JUTIKOMP) implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure objective and fair evaluation. In this process, both authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain anonymous.
Reviewer Assignment
Each manuscript is evaluated by two independent reviewers from institutions different from the authors’. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant field.
Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

-
Originality and scientific contribution
-
Methodology and data integrity
-
Clarity of presentation and adherence to ethical standards
-
Plagiarism check results (Turnitin or equivalent), with a maximum similarity index of 30% allowed
Decision Process
Based on reviewers’ reports, editors will notify the authors within two weeks whether the manuscript is:
-
Accepted
-
Requires revision
-
Rejected
Reasons for Rejection

-
Out of scope
-
Ethical violations (plagiarism, duplicate publication, data manipulation)

Author Revisions

This process ensures fairness, transparency, and high scientific standards in all publications of JUTIKOMP.
