Abstract

Maintaining company stability in increasing income requires good cooperation and management. Of course,
it is necessary to pay attention to several important sectors. Among them may be the internal sectors of the
company. Therefore, it is important to research to see whether the Operational Flow Control Model,
Manufacturing Cost, and Extension Cost Structure have an effect on Production in Manufacturing
Companies. Data collection in the study used quantitative studies and literature. The results of the study
showed that operational cash flow has a significant and positive effect on Production Cost Control.
Likewise, production costs also have an important role and influence on Production Cost Control.
Furthermore, the Extension Cost Structure variable also has a positive and significant effect on production
cost control. So it can be said that all variables have an interest and influence in advancing manufacturing
companies.
