Abstract
This research was conducted to understand how the effect of Return On Asset, Return On
Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Company Size on Stock Returns. This research
is a quantitative study conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the food
and beverage industry. This research uses secondary data in the form of panel data for the
period 2020-2023. The sample size taken from a population of 96 issuers was 33 issuers using
purposive sampling method. The method of data collection in this research is through
documentation, namely data in the form of company financial reports. Data analysis was
carried out by multiple linear regression analysis. The research output proves ROA, ROE and
CR have no significant effect on stock returns with a significance value of 0.7093, 0.9012 and
0.7268. DER and Company Size have a significant effect on stock returns with a significance
value of 0.0128 and 0.0088.
