USER USABILITY LAZADA.CO.ID MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBUSE
Abstract
E-commerce merupakan sarana dari kegiatan jual beli dengan memanfaatkan sistem elektronik. Lazada.co.id merupakan salah satu website yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan kegiatan jual beli dengan menggunakan e-commerce. Namun dalam pemanfaatannya, webstite tersebut masih belum memiliki tingkat usability yang maksimal sehingga dapat mengurangi kenyamanan pengguna dalam menggunakan website tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatof dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 80 responden dengan menggunakan metode webuse dan diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website berdasarkan metode webuse berada pada tingkat usability good. Pada hasil uji usability, kategori performance and effectiveness lebih unggul dibanding kategori content, organization, and readibility, navigation and links, dan user interface design
