Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Prima (JIHP) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, and open-access scholarly journal published by (Universitas Prima Indonesia).
JIHP aims to publish high-quality research articles and conceptual analyses in specific fields of law, including Islamic law, customary/adat law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, philosophy of law, fundamental law, legal theory, comparative law, and human rights issues in Southeast Asia. JIHP publishes one volume with two issues per year (April and October).
JIHP accepts submissions from all over the world. All submitted manuscripts must be written in English (since 2024), must be original, unpublished elsewhere, and not under consideration for publication in other journals. The JIHP Editorial Board screens all submissions for plagiarism using the Turnitin Program. If any indication of plagiarism above 15% is detected, the manuscript will be rejected automatically.
JIHP is indexed in Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, Garuda, and Sinta 4.
If a submitted manuscript does not adhere to the author guidelines or formatting requirements, it will be rejected before being reviewed by the Editorial Board. The Editor will only accept manuscripts that strictly comply with the formatting specifications. All submissions must be made through the JIHP OJS system; we absolutely do not accept submissions via email.
