UNPRI PRESS (Universitas Prima Indonesia) is responsible for institutional and administrative support for Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Prima, including the provision and maintenance of the journal publishing infrastructure, website, and other services necessary to ensure the sustainability of the journal's publication.
Journal Management
The scientific and editorial management of Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Prima is carried out by the Editorial Team under the leadership of the Editor-in-Chief. The Editorial Team is responsible for managing manuscript submissions, the peer review process, editorial evaluation, publication decision-making, and the implementation of the journal's editorial and publication policies.
Reviewers provide independent scientific assessments of submitted manuscripts in accordance with the Peer Review Policy and the Statement of Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice of Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Prima.
Editorial Independence
Journal ownership does not grant the Publisher the authority to make editorial decisions regarding individual manuscripts. Decisions regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts, as well as appropriate post-publication actions for published articles, are made by the Editor-in-Chief and/or designated Editors based on scientific quality and merit, peer review results, research or community service integrity, and compliance with the editorial policies of Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Prima.
The Publisher does not interfere with the independent evaluation of individual manuscripts and does not require Editors to make editorial decisions based on commercial, institutional, personal, or other interests unrelated to scientific considerations.
