PENGARUH MODAL, LUAS LAHAN, JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN USAHATANI KELAPA SAWIT DI KECAMATAN RAYA KAHEAN KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari modal, luas lahan, dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan usahatani kelapa sawit, khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Raya Kahean Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh modal, luas lahan dan tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan petani kelapa sawit, untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh modal, luas lahan, dan tenaga kerja terhadap petani kelapa sawit. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan bahwa pengaruh modal, luas lahan, dan jumlah tenaga kerja seacara bersama-sama mampu mempengaruhi produksi sebesar 46,5%, sisanya sebesar 53,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan dengan uji F, modal biaya tenaga kerja, luas lahan dan jumlah tenaga kerja, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial dengan uji t, modal biaya tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial dengan uji t, luas lahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial dengan uji t, jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani.
