ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN KABUPATEN SERDANG BEDAGAI

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja penyuluh petanian kabupaten Serdang Bedagai.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penyuluh pertanian yang berjumlah 110 pada BP2KP kabuapten serdang bedagai. Penelitian ini mengambil semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel (sensus). Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Data yang dianalisis berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Analisis hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program Software SPSS 22.
Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian. (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian (3) secara simultanmotivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian.
