The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with low birth weight (LBW) at the Sabang City Hospital in 2022-2024. The type of analytical research with a retrospective approach with a Total Sampling sampling technique with a sample size of 74 babies with LBW recorded in the Sabang City Hospital register book in 2022-2024. The time of this study was conducted on May 27-29, 2025 with univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. The results of the study showed that out of 74 respondents, most of them experienced LBW as many as 49 respondents (66.2%), non-risk age as many as 38 respondents (51.4%), gestational age in the preterm category as many as 40 respondents (54.1%), not anemic as many as 44 respondents (59.5%) and most of them had good nutrition as many as 47 respondents (63.5%), with the results of statistical tests for age p = 0.002, gestational age p = 0.001, anemia p = 0.007 and nutritional status p = 0.025. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between maternal age, gestational age, anemia and nutritional status with LBW. It is expected for the research site to improve health services, especially the care of babies born with LBW, so that complications do not occur
