Monitoring toddler growth through regular weight measurements is an essential effort to prevent stunting and malnutrition. However, low attendance rates at Posyandu remain a challenge in several regions, including Gampong Blang, Langsa City 2025. This study aims to examine the relationship between mothers' knowledge of child weight monitoring and their compliance in visiting the Posyandu for toddlers. This research used a quantitative method with a cross- sectional design. The population consisted of all mothers with children aged 0–59 months in Gampong Blang. A total of 24 respondents were selected using a total sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that most mothers had moderate knowledge (45.8%) and a high level of compliance (75.0%) in visiting the Posyandu. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between mothers' knowledge of weight monitoring and their compliance in attending the Posyandu for toddlers (p-value = 0.006). In conclusion, the better the mother's knowledge regarding the importance of child weight monitoring, the more likely she is to comply with regular Posyandu visits.
