collected by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents from a total population of 125 people.
The research instrument consisted of 40 statements that had been tested for validity and
reliability, using a Likert scale.
Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, F
test, and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results showed that the level of discipline
had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while career development and
compensation had a positive and significant effect. Employee training had no significant effect.
Simultaneously, the four independent variables had a significant effect on employee performance
