Abstract

Workload is the tasks that must be completed by employees within a certain time by utilizing their potential and skills. Excessive workload will result in fatigue. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Conditions, time use, Targets, and Job Standards on Employee Performance in the BPJS Claims Section at the Inpatient Health Center for the Gayo Lues Health Office. The research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The location of the study was carried out in 6 Inpatient Health Centers in the Working Area of the Gayo Lues Aceh Regency Health Office. The study population was all employees involved in the claiming process at the Inpatient Health Center of the Gayo Lues District Health Office Work Area as many as 108 people and a sample of 52. Sampling is done by stratified Random Sampling. The results showed that the variable of occupational conditions had a value of sig p = 0.014<0.05, the use of time sig p = 0.032<0.05, the target to be achieved sig p = 0.02<0.05, the standard work sig p = 0, 016<0.05. The conclusion is that there is an effect of working conditions, use of time, targets, and work standards on the performance of employees in the claims section of the inpatient health center of the gayo lues health department. The advice given is for employees to make good use of time so that every job is completed on time.
