MELAKSANAKAN PELATIHAN PENCEGAHAN DEMENSIA/ALZHEIMER DI KELURAHAN TANJUNG GUSTA

Abstract

The Community Service Activity (PKM) carried out by the writing team is DEMENTIA prevention training for the elderly in Tanjung Gusta Village. This is important to do to provide real assistance to create a dementia-friendly Indonesia, through one of the components of the human resource capacity development and capacity building program. which is aligned with ALZI's pro program, namely education. Therefore, this PKM activity was packaged by conducting training in the framework of socializing prevention of dementia in the elderly in Tanjung Gusta Village. . This PKM activity has the following benefits and objectives: 1. To identify the characteristics of the elderly (age, gender and education) based on the level of knowledge of the elderly in the work area in Tanjung Gusta Village. 2. Identifying the characteristics of the elderly (age, gender and education) based on the level of primary prevention of the elderly in the Tanjung Gusta working area 3. Knowing the level of knowledge about dementia in the elderly in the working area in Tanjung Gusta Village.
