Irrational fears of HIV transmission and public perceptions that people infected with HIV have bad behavior are the major reasons people stigmatize and discriminate against PLWH. To solve these problems, a community service program was implemented: 1) to give correct information about HIV/AIDS, and 2) Testimony of PLWH. The objectives of community service program  was:  1)  People  have  the  right  knowledge  about  HIV,  and  2)  Stigma  and  discrimination  against PLWHA  is  reduced.  The  method  used  is  counseling  and  interactive  methods.  As  a  result  of  this  community service program, people are not afraid when interacting with PLWH such as chatting and shaking hands. The community is also committed not to stigmatize and discriminate against PLWH.
