Abstract

Sosialisasi penataan permukiman kumuh bantaran sungai berbasis pembangunan berkelanjutan berperan penting dalam menyadarkan masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik permukiman dan preferensi masyarakat terhadap kondisi permukiman dan menyusun arahan penataan lingkungan pada permukiman kumuh. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan focus group discussion (FGD). Sosialisasi ini sebagai langkah awal kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan serta menciptakan  tempat tinggal layak huni. Dan diharapkan pemerintah dapat mempertimbangkan penataan kembali kawasan permukiman bantaran sungai sesuai dengan peraturan yang adA
