Abstract

Factors that influence maternal knowledge about basic immunization for infants include age, education, occupation, and sources of information. The general objective of this study was to determine the Factors That Influence Mothers' Knowledge About Basic Immunization for Infants at the Tiji Health Center, Pidie Regency, Aceh in 2025. This study used a descriptive method and cross-sectional design which is a research design by describing the problem. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, which took respondents who happened to be there and the number of samples was 43 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data was processed using a frequency distribution method. The results showed that the majority of respondents with less knowledge aged 26-30 years were (30.2%), based on high school education there were 11 respondents (25.5%), based on work as laborers/farmers there were 8 respondents (18.6%), and respondents with less knowledge based on sources of information from health workers were 13 respondents (30.2%). From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that mothers' knowledge about providing complete basic immunization is still lacking, and it is hoped that mothers will increase their knowledge about immunization so that children can be immunized properly and completely, and also that health centers will increase information about basic immunization in infants
