MELAKSANAKAN PELATIHAN PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN HIV/AIDS

Abstract

HIV/AIDS has a very frightening image in society, especially PLWHA themselves. In addition to the transmission factor, it is also considered a death sentence so that the person who was sentenced for the first time was diagnosed with HIV. Often feel depressed, afraid, upset, and hopeless (Latifah, 2015) so it is not uncommon for depression to try to infect other people. It's not uncommon for a brand to try to end its life. Socially, they also often experience negative stigma by the community in living a good life in the form of exile, rejection, discrimination. The role of lecturers and students at Prima Indonesia University in the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS is still not fully understood and they only understand a small part of the transmission and understanding of HIV/AIDS. Therefore, students must be trained to know how to control and prevent HIV/AIDS so that they can be informed and disseminated to the community in Tanjung Gusta.
