KONSELING PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA BAYI DI DESA LADANG BAMBU

Abstract

Breast milk is the right milk for babies because this milk is specially produced by mothers only for their babies. The partners involved in this program are breastfeeding mothers in the bamboo lading village, Medan Tuntung District. The method used in this activity is counseling. The activity steps taken are meeting the local village midwife, gathering cadres of cadres so that they can motivate mothers who have babies or toddlers to attend counseling events about exclusive breastfeeding for babies. Community service activities regarding exclusive breastfeeding counseling for babies in the bamboo field village can increase knowledge for mothers regarding exclusive breastfeeding for babies. At the beginning of the activity, a question and answer was conducted first and most of the participants did not fully understand the benefits of breast milk for babies.
