PENYULUHAN NUTRISI IBU TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI DI DESA KUALA BEKALA

Abstract

Breast milk is the right milk for babies because this milk is specially produced by mothers only for their babies. Milk from the mother provides the most important energy for the baby. Breast milk cannot be replaced by even the most expensive formula milk because the substances contained in breast milk have the right temperature for the baby, contain everything the baby needs and breast milk does not contain bacteria that are harmful to the health of the baby. The partners involved in this program are women from Kuala Bekala Village, Medan Johor District. This community service activity is carried out in the form of counseling and providing information to breastfeeding mothers about maternal nutrition for breast milk production. It is hoped that this activity can increase mothers' knowledge about mother's nutrition during breastfeeding so that breastfeeding mothers can exclusively breastfeed their babies so that the baby's growth and development can run well and optimally.
