Abstract
Feasibility study is a study used to determine whether the development of a system project is worth continuing or stopping. Feasibility study on developing a digital-based Mandarin language learning program in the Mandarin Language Education Study Program (PSPBM), Jakarta State University needs to be carried out so that learning can be more optimal, according to needs and on target. This research is part of development research (R&D). Data collection process in this research used a questionnaire instrument prepared based on TELOS theory (technical, economic, legal, operational, and schedule) by Hall (2011). However, this research only carried out a technical feasibility study looking at the readiness of devices, multimedia, networks and personnel in PSPBM. The results of the questionnaire analysis show that the development of this learning program is feasible to continue by considering: the appropriateness of the devices owned and able to be operated by PSPBM lecturers, the diversity of types of multimedia and applications that can be utilized, the availability and quality of good networks, the good competence of PSPBM lecturers to strengthen the implementation of digital-based learning.
