The garment industry is generally a safe workplace compared to other sectors. The primary health risks come from minor but ongoing hazards whose effects persist over time and can potentially cause work accidents or occupational diseases. This study aimed to describe the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at the initial level in the garment industry in Central Java. The type and design of the study used a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling method. Data collection methods were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The instrument used was a questionnaire on implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at the initial level based on PP No. 50 of 2012 belonging to the Central Java Provincial Occupational Safety Center. The validity test of the data used source triangulation and technique triangulation techniques, and then the data was analyzed using univariate analysis. The study results showed that the implementation of the SMK3 at the initial level in international companies was more comprehensive compared to national companies that needed improvements to increase the level of SMK3 implementation. The initial level of SMK3 implementation in international garment companies is 93.6%, which is a satisfactory category, while in national companies, it is 70.9%, which is a good category.

Kata kunci: Penerapan; SMK3; Industri Garmen
2025-01-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Kesmas Prima Indonesiahttps://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/JKPI/article/view/5478Analysis of Factors Related to the Implementation of the Policy of the Regent of Asahan Regency Regulation No. 71 of 2018 Concerning Smoke-Free Areas in Places of Worship in Aek Songsongan District2024-07-27T06:16:48+00:00Winda Sri Lestariwindasri0601@gmail.comFitriani Pramita Gurningfitrianigurning@uinsu.ac.id

According to the decision of the Asahan Regent Regulation Number 71 of 2018 concerning smoke-free areas, it has been decided that the existence of smoking rooms for active and passive people is a danger. This increase in prevalence can be seen in Indonesia, where around 500 people die every day from cigarettes. This study analyzed the elements of implementing the Asahan Regent Regulation No. 71 of 2018 concerning Smoke-Free Zones (KTR) in Houses of Worship in Aek Songsongan District. The type of research used is quantitative, using an analytical sampling research model with a sectional approach. The sampling technique is accidental sampling based on the study's results. The participants in this study were all mosque congregations and those who visited the mosque in Aek Songsongan District, with 96 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire, and the variables studied included communication factors, resources, disposition/attitude, and bureaucratic structure. The data was processed using the Chi-Square test with the SPSS 21 application. According to the results of this study, there is a correlation between the Communication factor and policy implementation (p-value = 0.003) with an OR of 5.471, a relationship between the Resource factor (p-value = 0.002) with an OR of 0.123, a relationship between the Disposition/Attitude factor (p-value = 0.037) with an OR of 0.249, and a relationship between the Disposition/Attitude factor (p-value = 0.037) and an OR of 0.249.
2025-01-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Kesmas Prima Indonesiahttps://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/JKPI/article/view/6184N-Gain To Test The Effectiveness Of Green Bean Juice And Soybean Juice To Increase Toddlers' Weight2025-01-13T03:04:44+00:00Karina Nur Ramadhanintyasnr.karin4@gmail.comYeni Utamiyeniutami@gmail.comSesaria Betty MulyatiMulyati@gmail.com
Statistics is one of the sciences that underlies the development of science, one of which is health science. Researchers are trying to implement green bean juice and soybean juice, the benchmark for the success of which is seen from the size of body weight before and after treatment. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of providing green bean juice and soybean juice interventions to toddlers using the N-Gain test. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design type. The number of samples is toddlers aged 1-2 years. Many as14respondents were divided into Group 1, green bean juice intervention, and Group 2, soy juice intervention. The data analysis technique used in this study was calculating the percentage of respondents' body weight multiplied by 100%, and then the N-Gain test was carried out. The study showed that 13 toddlers (92.8%) experienced an increase in body weight with low criteria, and as many as one toddler (7.2%) experienced an increase in body weight with moderate criteria. Green bean and soy juice with very ineffective criteria (16.4%) and less effective criteria can still increase toddlers' body weight (22.1%). The N-Gain test implemented the soy juice test more effectively than green bean juice given to toddlers to increase body weight.
2025-01-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Kesmas Prima Indonesiahttps://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/JKPI/article/view/6370The Relationship between Knowledge and Nutritional Status with the Incidence of Pneumonia in Toddlers at the Medika Utama Manggar Hospital, Balikpapan2025-01-16T07:39:40+00:00Rahmatika Rahmarahmatika559@gmail.comFatma Zulaikhafatma@gmail.com
Pneumonia is an infectious disease that often affects toddlers due to low immunity, one of which is caused by poor nutrition, so their nutritional status is lacking. The lack of knowledge of mothers, aKnowledgemonia and the lack of proper dietary intake for toddlers can cause this. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and nutritional status and pneumonia incidence in toddlers at the Medika Utama Manggar Balikpapan Hospital. The research design was quantitative, using a correlation research type with a cross-sectional approach. The population of mothers and toddlers treated at the Medika Utama Manggar Balikpapan Hospital who were treated from October to December 2023 was 152 toddlers. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling with the Slovin formula, which obtained 116 respondents. The data was analyzed using the Spearman Rank. The results obtained were a relationship between knowledKnowledgee incidence of pneumonia (p-value = 0.004) with a correlation of 0.266 (low relationship) and a positive relationship direction. In the nutritional status variable, there is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of pneumonia (p-value = 0.000) with a correlation of 0.354 (low relationship) and a positive relationship direction. It can be concluded that the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers can be caused by the lack of knowledge on how to treat pneumonia and the low nutritional status of toddlers. The recommended suggestion is that mothers increase their knowledge to fulfill children's nutrition needs according to their growth and development.
2025-01-16T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Kesmas Prima Indonesiahttps://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/JKPI/article/view/6353Effectiveness of Digital Media in Health Promotion Campaigns: A Literature Study2025-01-14T03:19:23+00:00M Fadhel Nurmidinfadhelnurmidin@unsrat.ac.idWelong S.
