This study is a literature review that analyzes five scientific articles published between 2021 and 2024. Articles were selected through targeted searches in Google Scholar and PubMed, then synthesized narratively to describe trends and financing implications. The synthesis results show a significant increase in the number of hemodialysis patients each year, with therapy costs reaching trillions of rupiah. Payment rates set in the INA-CBGs system are often not in accordance with real costs in hospitals, risking a deficit in health facilities and BPJS Kesehatan. The increasing trend of hemodialysis patients places a large economic burden on the national health system. Cost control strategies are needed through primary prevention, early detection of CKD, adjustment of INA-CBGs rates, and development of alternative therapies to maintain service sustainability.
2025-07-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Kesmas Prima Indonesia https://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/JKPI/article/view/7064 Relationship of Knowledge to SBAR Communication Attitude During Patient Handover in Recovery Room in Anesthesiology Nursing Students of Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta 2025-06-09T02:39:12+00:00 Zahara Febria Azva zaharafebriaazva24@gmail.com Joko Murdiyanto zaharafebriaazva24@gmail.com Istiqomah Rosidah zaharafebriaazva24@gmail.com
Communication failure can lead to malpractice, misunderstanding, delayed diagnosis, service, additional costs, incomplete information, patient and family dissatisfaction and can even cause death, so effective communication with the SBAR method is needed during patient handover in the recovery room. This is due to various factors, including access, service quality, and public understanding. This study aims to identify the relationship between factors that influence the utilization of health services in the area. The method used is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 97 respondents selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using chi-square analysis. The results showed a significant correlation between the use of JKN services and education level (p = 0.015), availability of facilities and infrastructure (p = 0.009), accessibility (p = 0.002), and complaints of illness (p = 0.011). In contrast, no significant correlation was found between employment status (p = 0.805) and salary (p = 0.622) with service utilization. The conclusion of this study is that increasing the utilization of the JKN program requires a holistic approach, which includes improving access to health facilities, improving service quality, and educating the public about the benefits of the JKN program.
2025-07-08T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Kesmas Prima Indonesia
