<p><em>This study explores the implementation of digital marketing strategies at Cheria Halal Holiday Bandung, focusing on the rapidly growing halal tourism industry. The research examines how digital marketing strategies are used to enhance customer engagement, expand brand visibility, and support company growth in the halal tourism sector. A qualitative methodology was employed, including interviews, observations, and a literature review. The findings reveal that social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and blogger partnerships play a crucial role in raising brand awareness and attracting potential customers. While digital campaigns have effectively broadened market reach, challenges such as improved market segmentation and adapting to fast-changing digital trends remain. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Cheria Halal Holiday continue to strengthen its digital presence and adjust its marketing strategies to align with future trends in the industry</em></p>Yassin yassinSupriyadi

<p><em>SKCK Online is an innovation carried out by the National Police Headquarters to be implemented in the police environment with the aim of making it easier to provide services to the community. However, based on the data obtained, the public's interest in SKCK Online at Polrestabes Palembang is still very small. This study aims to determine innovation and analyze the factors that hinder the implementation of innovation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with interview and observation techniques. This research is analyzed by looking at the components of the SOP which include: service requirements, mechanisms, procedures, completion time, service fees, service products, handling complaints and suggestions, infrastructure, implementing competence, number of implementers, service guarantees. The results of the study indicate that there is no conformity between the old service mechanisms and procedures, the competence of the implementers, and the number of implementers. And the inhibiting factors for the implementation of innovation are still influenced by excessive dependence on high performance, available technology, but are constrained by culture or organization, lack of rewards or incentives, inability to face risk and change, limited budget and planning and is influenced by external factors, namely public views. <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pelatihan, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen Tetap pada Prodi Sarjana Manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Dosen Tetap pada Prodi Sarjana Manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi sedikit, maka teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 25, yaitu uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan) dan uji koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja, dan 4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pelatihan, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja.</em></p>Salman FarisDaniel Jaya SianiparSri Rejeki HutajuluRivaldo WijayaJason Kongnardi

<p style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><em><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;">Tutoring is a place to gain knowledge apart from studying at school. Therefore, here the researchers are interested in exploring what things can influence the development of tutoring places so that in the future this has the potential for institutional owners to improve the tutoring they manage. The tutoring places that are being studied are institutions. Makarios tutoring and the independent variable which is the object of research is Facilities, Tenor Quality, Price, while the dependent variable in this research is student satisfaction. The evidence established in this study is primary evidence that can be accepted with distributed questionnaires to 116 resource persons who were Makarios tutoring students. The technique used in this scientific work is quantitative and conclusion The technique specified in Observation is part test (Validity and Reliability), test Basic Normality, Classical Assumption tests (Normality tests, Multicollinearity tests, Autocorrelation tests and testsHeteroscedasticity), Hypothesis Test (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis test, F test, t test and t test Coefficient of Determination). <p><em> Era teknologi digital 5G saat ini tantangan yang tinggi bagi pelaku UMKM adalah mereka dituntut lebih berkualitas dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan bisnis dengan penuh inovatif serta memiliki kompetensi agar meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi peran kompetensi entrepreneur dalam memediasi pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja UMKM.</em><em> Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku usaha UMKM Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. Sampel sebanyak 100 pelaku usaha dengan teknik purposive sampling.</em><em> Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari sumber primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada wirausahawan di lingkup kelurahan Sorosutan dan keluarahan Giwangan kecamatan Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan </em><em>teknik analisis jalur dengan </em><em>pendekatan SEM dengan bantuan partial least square (PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung perilaku inovatif entrepreneur terhadap kinerja UMKM yang dimediasi kompetensi entrepreneur.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan </em><em>bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan perilaku inovatif pelaku usaha terhadap kinerja usaha; terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan perilaku inovatif pelaku usaha terhadap kompetensi entrepreneur; terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompetensi entrepreneur terhadap kinerja usaha; terbukti positif dan signifikan kompetensi entrepreneur mampu berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja usaha. Hasil penelitian ini </em><em>memberikan masukan bagi Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM dalam merencanakan kebijakan program pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja bagi pelaku UMKM.</em></p>Sofiati

<p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk KC Medan. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 131 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif meningkatkan produktivitas, pelatihan yang efektif meningkatkan kompetensi, dan motivasi yang tinggi mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih optimal. Variabel-variabel tersebut menjelaskan 68,8% pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara 31,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja, menyediakan program pelatihan yang relevan, dan mendorong motivasi karyawan melalui penghargaan dan pengembangan karier untuk mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik.</em></p>M Agung AnggoroLucky DermawanMario Nicholas Butar ButarSalman FarisAlex Tribuana Sutanto

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of price, location, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at Ayam Khas Nusantara Suzuya Marelan Plaza. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were customers of Ayam Khas Nusantara Suzuya Marelan Plaza. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables (price, location, and service quality) on the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results showed that price, location, and service quality significantly influenced the decision to purchase Ayam Khas Nusantara at Suzuya Marelan. Among the three variables, service quality has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. The amount of influence found was 64.2%, the rest was influenced by variables not examined in this study. These findings provide managerial implications for Suzuya Marelan to continue to maintain and improve service quality, as well as consider price and location factors in marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.</em></p>Salman FarisRyandi LimbongArnold HutagaolTorang Daud PanjaitanNasib
