The author uses multiple regression as an analysis technique (SPSS 25 software). The method of determining the sample with purposive sampling with data collection methods using online questionnaire distribution using google form. The research sample was 113 students. The conclusion of the study is that self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in students have a positive influence on the work readiness of Sanata Dharma University students. NBFIs, crucial to emerging economies, provide credit to individuals and businesses, especially where formal institutions fall short. Using a fixed effects model with corrected standard errors on panel data from 30 Sub-Saharan African countries, the study compares the effects of country risk on NBFIs and traditional banks. Findings show that while country risk negatively affects NBFI lending, the impact is insignificant, contrasting with its significant negative effect on traditional bank credit. Financial development has a divergent effect, boosting traditional banks credit but hindering NBFIs. Furthermore, regulatory quality positively influences credit growth in both sectors, while the banking sector enhances NBFI activities and vice versa. This paper presents a framework for leadership that integrates the principles of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emphasizing the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in identifying sustainability opportunities. Effective leaders must balance economic activities with their impacts on the environment and society, promote economic diversification, and advocate for sustainable practices through policy and regulation.The research employs an Integral Research methodology, combining descriptive, narrative, theoretical, experimental, and survey methods to explore leadership in sustainability. This approach considers the symbolic "four worlds"—South (nature and community), East (culture and spirituality), North (reason), and West (enterprise and structure)—which influence the values and behaviours of societies, organizations, and individuals.</em></p> <p><em>Key elements of the proposed leadership framework include vision and strategy, innovation and adaptation, ethical decision-making, policy regulation, education and awareness, measurement and accountability, and crisis management. The framework also emphasizes the importance of global collaboration, such as the Paris Agreement, and the need for leaders to build resilient economic systems capable of adapting to climate change.</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Leadership in sustainability issues in economics should align economic growth with environmental stewardship. Ibadah solat adalah bentuk komunikasi antara seorang hamba dengan Penciptanya. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti pengetahuan, pengamalan solat, mengenal pasti kesan ibadah solat terhadap tingkah laku dan kepimpinan serta menganalisis hubungan ibadah solat dengan tingkah laku dan kepimpinan diri pelajar sekolah menengah kebangsaan Tok Dor. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk tinjauan dan teknik persampelan rawak mudah. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 175 murid tingkatan satu hingga tiga sekolah menengah kebangsaan Tok Dor di daerah Besut, Terengganu. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan adalah soal selidik. Manakala data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menerangkan data dan metode inferensi untuk melihat hubungan antara pemboleh ubah. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap pengetahuan dan pengamalan solat fardhu dalam kalangan pelajar adalah tinggi. Selain itu, analisis mendapati bahawa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, pengamalan solat dengan kesan ibadah solat terhadap tingkah laku dan kepimpinan diri. Nzimakwe nzimakweth@ukzn.ac.za <p><em>This paper is a narrative review exploring how an understanding of how brain function underlying leadership behaviour and decision making -neuroleadership- can be utilised to address unethical behaviour, including nepotism, corruption and fraud, in the South African public sector, aggravated by various circumstances, one of which is historical trauma from the apartheid era. Notwithstanding countless legislative efforts to curb unethical practices, South Africa continues to experience widespread corruption in its public sector, particularly within municipalities. We suggest unresolved historical trauma as further fuelling unethical practices among leaders who feel disadvantaged by previous political systems. This paper investigates how neuroleadership principles, including self-awareness, emotional regulation and social cognition have the potential to address these behaviours. The findings are that neuroleadership offers a novel strategy for studying and teaching ethical leadership in the South African public sector by enhancing among others, emotional regulation and bias awareness, with the potential to address the severe challenges municipalities face, such as financial mismanagement, and procurement irregularities. The background of this study is the rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, which requires an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence consumer behavior, especially the younger generation. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey, involving 100 student respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables ease and quality of Service have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Trust did not show a partially significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables have a significant influence on the purchase decision. The contribution of the three variables to the purchase decision reached 82.92%, while 17.08% were influenced by other factors outside this study. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi. Sumber Beton, Lubuklinggau City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 40 employee respondents. The results reveal that Kaizen Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of -0.519 and a p-value of 0.004. Talent Management shows a significant positive effect, with a path coefficient of 0.670 and a p-value of 0.000. However, Reward does not significantly moderate the relationship between Kaizen Culture and employee performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.363. Similarly, Reward fails to significantly moderate the effect of Talent Management on performance, with a p-value of 0.455. These findings suggest that while Kaizen Culture and Talent Management directly affect employee performance, Reward does not strengthen these relationships and may even weaken them. The method used is a library research approach with descriptive-qualitative analysis, utilizing sources such as books, academic journals, and research reports. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to examine the required competencies in the field. To analyze the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. With the independent variables being Training and Workload, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance, using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using random sampling techniques. From a total population of 1,554 Pramusapa, a sample of 85 was taken using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. Data distribution using a questionnaire via Google Form and data testing was carried out using SmartPLS version 4.1. The results of the R Square value is 0.674, which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 67.4% and the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied by the author. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperolah dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diterbitkan di www.idx.co.id. Teknik pengabilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunkan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah objek 10 perusahaan dengan data selama 4 tahun sehingga memiliki jumlah sampel 40 data.
