Abstract

The agreement is a legal relationship between one legal subject and another legal subject in the field of assets, where one legal subject is entitled to achievements and so are other legal subjects who are obliged to carry out their achievements in accordance with the agreement. The presence of credit union as an effort to realize the welfare of members and the community should be able to trigger and expand businesses for the community to carry out productive, innovative, and effective activities so that the community gets the maximum benefit and welfare. In a credit union, each member is an owner, and not just a member. Serving members based on credit union principles so that members are independent, loyal friends, and prosperous, for this we need mutual trust, mutual strengthening, mutual benefit, and fully aware that every member of a savings and loan credit union is a member and owner.
