Abstract
Kompleksitas dalam mekanisme bisnis E-commerce telah menjadi suatu ancaman bagi ruang lingkup persaingan usaha. Hal ini disebabkan oleh Undang-Undang Persaingan Usaha yang sekarang tidak dapat sepenuhnya diterapkan di dalam industri berbasis digital. Mengingat Indonesia adalah negara dengan peringkat pertama sebagai negara dengan pertumbuhan E-commerce terbesar di dunia maka KPPU seharusnya menaruh perhatian lebih dalam mengawasi industri berbasis digital agar dapat mencegah sesuatu hal yang dinamakan persaingan usaha tidak sehat seperti monopoli digital, predatory pricing, lock-in, dan kolusi terselubung yang dapat membawa efek buruk bagi perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya kepada industri UMKM konvensional.
