Abstract
Pada masa-masa pandemi saat ini sering terdapat persoalan serius terkait penimbunan sediaan farmasi dan peralatan medis seperti masker, obat-obat respiratory, APD (Alat perlindungan diri), dan lain-lain. Persoalan-persoalan ini menyebabkan lonjakan harga yang tinggi di pasaran alat kesehatan yang ada, hal ini termasuk kedalam pelanggaran hukum konsumen yang serius. Dalam jurnal ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana persoalan ini dikaji dalam hukum pidana perlindunga konsumen. Ketentuan hukum pidana dalam undang-undang Persaingan Usaha dapat digunakan apabila penimbunan ini merupakan bagian dari penetapan harga, penguasaan pasar dan pemasaran barang yang bersifat praktik monopoli atau persaingan usaha tidak sehat.
