The influence of a career mother requires a child to be left at home with a babysitter, so it affects to the language acquisition of the child. This research uses qualitative method with the subject of research is five childrens aged 0-5 years old who the mothers are a ful-time worker and raised by a different babysitter substantially in language teaching for the children. The method that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Directly observation and interview technique are used as data analysis technique. The result of the analysis shows that the pattern of children’s parenting is very influential on the language acquisition. The interaction between a mother and a child or a babysitter and a child is a form of stimulus to the children and repeated responses so that the reinforcement will determine the success of children’s language acquisition. Environtment plays a significant role in language development especially in vocabulary. This study delves into the language utilized in descriptive texts to depict objects, places, or events with vivid detail, allowing readers to immerse themselves in the described experiences. Moreover, the situational context encompasses factors like communication purpose, audience, social and cultural context, place and time context, and the author's experience and perspective. Using discourse analysis, this article examines the situational context in the descriptive text of the speech by the Chinese leader at the G20 Summit on November 15, 2022. The research method employed in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The study focuses on three dimensions: discourse field, discourse participants, and discourse devices. The study employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, encompassing three phases: Pre-cycle, Cycle 1, and Cycle 2. This methodology allows for a comprehensive evaluation of the strategy's impact on student engagement and performance. Data collection methods include observations, speaking rubric evaluations, and documentation analysis. The results indicate a marked enhancement in students' speaking abilities following the implementation of the Mystery Box strategy. These outcomes highlight the value of interactive, game-based learning techniques in fostering English speaking proficiency.
