CPO is a significant source of foreign cash for the nation because it can produce 80% of the total value of Indonesian agricultural exports. The Indian market, the world's largest purchaser of CPO, is Indonesia's primary export destination. This study aims to determine how competitive Indonesian CPO is in the Indian market with rivals Malaysia and Thailand. The secondary data used is a time series from 2018 to 2022 gathered from several domestic and foreign organizations. This research method uses the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis to determine Indonesia's competitiveness.
2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Suhela Putri Nasution, Abdurrozzaq Hasibuanhttps://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/Agriprimatech/article/view/6659Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Communication Extension Palm Oil Plantation In Ptpn Iv Regional 1 Tanah Raja, Sei Rampah District Serdang Bedagai Regency2025-04-15T02:47:03+00:00Cahaya Frasiskafriskacahaya395@gmail.comNelfita Rizka S Deparinelfita@gmail.comKhairuna Utamikhairuna@gmail.comAbraham Ismail Pulunganabraham@gmail.com
The effectiveness of communication plays a very important role in plantation farming activities, the need for information about oil palm cultivation aims to develop agricultural business results, production, and marketing cannot be separated from the role of communication that must be carried out by oil palm farmers on oil palm plantations PTPN IV regional I Tanah Raja plantation. The model used to explain the use of certified oil palm seedlings is the theory of planned behavior (TPB) with variables of attitude, subjective norms and perception of behavioral control. The method used to test the pattern of correlation relationships of variables is Multiple Linear Analysis using SPSS 22.0. The data of this study are primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Based on the results of regression and data analysis using the t-test, the t value of the attitude variable is 3.065 and the variable of perception of behavioral control is 3.170 greater than t Table 1.984 has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use certified oil palm seedlings, while the t value of the subjective norm variable is 1.403 smaller than t table 1.984 does not have a significant effect on the intention of farmers to use certified oil palm seedlings. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) show that the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and perception of behavioral control can explain the dependent variable, namely farmers' intentions, by 38.7% and the remaining 61.3% is explained by other variables outside the model. Simultaneous testing uses the f test where the f count value of 20.217 is greater than the f table value of 2.47. This means that simultaneously the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and perception of behavioral control have a significant effect on farmers' intentions to use certified oil palm seeds in Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra.
2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Myrna Pratiwi Nasution, Ahmad Fauzihttps://jurnal.unprimdn.ac.id/index.php/Agriprimatech/article/view/6973Analysis Of The Effect Of Rising Costs And Falling Prices On The Financial Viability Di Perkebunan Kelapa Of Oil Palm Plantations Ptpn Iv, Kebun Melati, Kecamatan Pegajahan And Perbaungan Districts, Serdang Bedagai2025-04-28T03:05:57+00:00Saprida Sapridasaprida2024@gmail.com
This research discusses the Sensitivity Analysis of the Effect of Cost Increases and Price Decreases on Financial Feasibility in Oil Palm Plantation. Financial Feasibility is a tool used to analyze a business/project to determine whether or not a company is feasible in running its business, by examining the potential profits obtained from an investment/business. This research was conducted at PTPN IV oil palm plantation, Melati Plantation, Pegajahan and Perbaungan Districts, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted in June 2024, and the determination of the location was carried out intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that this area is one of the areas that have many oil palm plantations. In this study, researchers used two data, namely primary data and secondary data, where primary data was obtained through a direct interview process by asking questions that had been made, and then the relevant Plantation would provide a verbal response or written response represented by the Plantation Manager, This research uses a type of Quantitative research, which analyzes data by calculating data (in the form of numbers) obtained as it is (Real Price). This research uses a financial feasibility analysis method consisting of npv, net b/c, irr, and pbp. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the financial feasibility during the economic period of Oil Palm obtained, namely, NPV of Rp. 153,626,694,000, - Net B / C of 2.64, IRR of 21.03%, and Payback Period of 4 years 5 months. Sensitivity Analysis to 10% Price Decrease obtained Net Benefit Ratio (B/C) of 2,18 Net B/C>1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 15,04% and Payback Period (PP) of 5 years 1 month. Sensitivity Analysis to 10% Cost Increase obtained Net Benefit Ratio (B/C) of 2,45 Net B/C>1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 18,27% and Payback Period (PP) of 4 years 8 months.
2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Saprida Saprida
