Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem, especially in Indonesia. Patients with tuberculosis can produce up to more than 3000 splashes of droplets that can spread to 10-15 people. Tuberculosis is also the number one cause of death in the category of infectious diseases. The aim is "Improving and developing community welfare, health, and the environment". Through the Aisyiyah Community TB Care Program it is helping the country in creating a healthy Indonesian society. The results obtained were community empowerment through TB cadre retraining, counseling, drug swallowing supervision training. During the activity 47 cadres were trained and 25 were active. TB program outcomes, there was an increase in 2014 in Q3 3 suspects (Q3) 55 people, Q5 37 people, 65% recovery, in 2017 an average of 175 suspects per month, and 82% recovery, an increase in achievement with good cadre motivation.
