Abstract

Empowerment program communities or partners are selected and selected strictly, especially from the side of marginality. This is the main reference for lecturers so that community empowerment activities can be right on target and truly beneficial to the community. As an illustration, the empowerment program in the Paluh Sibaji area, among others, aims to increase the competence and degree of community health regarding Liver disease can last for a short time (acute) or last for years (chronic). This disease generally consists of several types, including hepatitis, fatty liver, cholestasis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Liver disease can be caused by many things, such as viral infections such as hepatitis B, poisoning, side effects of drugs and alcohol consumption, to autoimmune disorders. Some people with liver disease do not experience any symptoms. However, some others can experience symptoms in the form of yellowing of the skin and eyes, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain and swelling, whitish stools, and dark urine.
