PEMBERDAYAAN PARA KADER TENTANG APOTEK HIDUP DI KELURAHAN BAGAN DELI , KECAMATAN MEDAN BELAWAN

Abstract

Live pharmacy plants are medicinal plants that are useful in human life as an alternative to medicine and health. In the Republic of Indonesia Health Law (UU) No. 36 of 2009 article 100 explains that sources of traditional medicine that have been proven efficacious and safe to use in prevention, treatment, care and maintenance of health need to be preserved (Listyorini 2021). Utilization of yards with greening is the essence of life which teaches people to return to nature, so that the air in the house becomes fresh and beautiful. The method used in the activity includes carrying out empowerment. The community was formed through several activities, namely: coordinating with RT administrators, hamlets, and community leaders providing living pharmacy empowerment services, carrying out planting. The results achieved after participating in this activity were that the people of Bagan Deli Village, Medan Belawan District learned about living medicinal plants for health which are managed into traditional medicines.
